triOS College Square One
Shurway has recently completed triOS College’s latest location in Square One Mall, Mississauga. Shurway was engaged by the mall owner, Oxford Properties, to undertake the turnkey construction of this new campus of 30,000SF. The College will be operated by owner triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. in partnership with Mohawk College. The project involved the conversion of a former department store into a state of the art campus that can accommodate up to 400 students. Using a simple but modern look of polished concrete floors and colour accented areas, and with a large lounge area with 3 prominent skylights, the space will offer many programs starting in Spring of 2022. One very interesting feature of this project was that we were required to place the 10,000 pound new rooftop air conditioning units using a helicopter.
