triOS College Brampton Grand Opening

Monday June 27th, 2022 was a proud day for our client, triOS College Business Technology Healthcare, with the grand opening of their new Brampton Campus where triOS is in partnership with Sault College. The opening was attended by triOS College executives as well as representatives from Sault College and the municipal and provincial governments. Shurway partner David Gardiner is pictured 3rd from left at the ribbon cutting. This project, our second with triOS College, featured a 20,000SF fitout with state-of-the-art classrooms and associated student facilities. The project is located at Bramalea City Centre, managed by Morguard, in a re-purposed former department store.
