Jiffy Self Storage Facility - Ajax

Shurway is excited to announce ground-breaking at our new Jiffy self storage facility project in Ajax. This project involves the construction of 130,000SF of self storage and office space including 10 single storey buildings of 55,000SF and one 3 storey building of 75,000SF. The structural steel frame will be clad with curtainwall, prefinished metal panels and precast concrete and aluminum cladding. Site work includes the construction of a new storm water management pond, parking and landscaping. The project will be completed in 2020.
